Return Policy

Pisolino is confident in the quality of its products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchasing decisions as well.

We will accept returns on most regular priced product within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by an original or valid receipt.

We do however reserve the right to deny any return on product of a more personal nature.  Sheets, duvets, bed pillows, pillow inserts, will only by accepted for return if the product is in its original packaging.  We also reserve the right to inspect any and all such product.  We want you to feel confident that the product that you purchase from us is in perfect and usable condition.  This policy is in place for your protection and peace of mind.  We at Pisolino are committed to adhering to the highest standards of hygiene.

All sale merchandise will be deemed final sale. We will allow an exchange for size or color, and under certain circumstances a credit will be issued.

Shipping and handling charges will apply to all purchases where transportation is required and will not be refunded if a return is necessary.

A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply to larger pieces such as furniture.

There will be a non-refundable deposit required on custom pieces.  No returns will be allowed on custom orders.
